This is one of the best hotels I stayed at during my three week trip through Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam . The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the location was excellent. One thing that really stood out was the incredible service they provided. We had a ton of questions regarding Visa requirements and travel arrangements. They were prompt with their responses and endlessly helpful.

Our stay at Vong Xua Boutique hotel was an amazing exeprience. The staff are really nice. They gave a detailed introduction to Hanoi's Old Quarter when we arrived and a list of places to visit. I felt sick after checking out, they were really thoughtful by providing me with a spare room for resting and hot tea. I highly recommend bespoke trendy hotel because of its attentive service.

Wulan

We stayed here for a night before we began a tour of Vietnam. For a place to relax and recover from a long plane journey this place was perfect. The room was big and clean with a view over the roofs of the city. The hotel is perfectly placed within walking distance of pretty much all you need. Staff were very friendly and attentive and keen to make sure we were comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was really enjoyable! The staff is amazing and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff helped us a lot with recommendations of what to see and where to eat in the city. Overall amazing experience, you should definitely consider staying there when visiting Hanoi!
